I think I got the message. I learnt that embracing fear simply makes one to overcome it, though may sound ironic😋 (forgive me if I'm mistaken, I wasn't so good at "part of speech" during my secondary school days).
Hi Yosola. Yes I can relate to all the unfinished tasks, yes I can relate to the task we saved down hoping to get back to them in days but it has been month, we hope to attend to them really soon😊.
All in all, fear really births creativity, the constant human feeling wanting us to stay relevant.
Thank you Yosola, this was another good Newsletter.
I used to think I was the only one on this boat or at least few people with these experience. On the part of allowing fear to journey with us, can everyone actually deal with fear? So for me I kinda have a scale (lol) like if the fear is more than I can handle omoo I just japa 😂😂
Most time when I realise I a bit engulfed with a lot of task, all I need to do is to take a break then begin with a step at a time of which I believe tends to bring focus till the completion of all task required.
But it was definitely worth the read and never expected nothing less
Hello Yosola. I can so relate with having many unfinished tasks. as the self acclaimed 'hobbyist' that I am, I pick new things to work on a lot and i agree with you when you said denying myself the thrill wouldn't make sense (at least for me). I guess balance just needs to work here. Knowing when not to say yes to an idea and when to. Ohhh, watching you sky dive would be interesting, I'd never though 😹😹😹😹. (side note: I like it when people say 'self acclaimed followed my something, it's very funny to me😹😹) I absolutely love the excerpt from your readings today, on fear and creativity and I love that mini speech, I even took a screenshot. Anyhoo, thank you Yosola
